Yes, for practically everyone. iPhone XS and newer read NFC tags in the background with the screen on — no app, no setup. Android phones from roughly 2015 onward read them the same way. Older iPhones (7, 8, X) can still read the tag, but the customer has to open the NFC reader from Control Centre first.
Neither. The chip holds a link. You pay once for the product and own it outright — there is no monthly fee, no per-review charge, and no account to log into.
Yes. The tags are re-writable. You can rewrite them yourself with any free NFC writer app, or post them back to us and we'll do it. Ask us to leave the tag unlocked if you expect to change it often.
In your Google Business Profile, choose “Ask for reviews” and copy the short link. If you'd rather not dig around, send us your business name and postcode and we'll find it and confirm it with you before programming.
No — we sell the cards and keyrings exactly as shown, in our standard design. There's no custom printing, no personalised artwork and no bespoke branding. What we do customise is the part that matters: the chip inside is programmed with your review link, so the card is unique to your business even though the design is the same for everyone.
No, and we won't build that. The card opens the official Google or Trustpilot review page directly. Review gating breaks both platforms' policies and risks your listing. What this does is remove the friction so your genuinely happy customers actually follow through.
